Wei Li Pang and Shu Gang Li, a married couple who also go by the names Linda and James, are wanted fugitives by the FBI and are on the run. Both Wei Li and Shu Gang were found guilty in 2008 by a federal ground jury in Kansas City, Missouri for operating a sex trafficking ring out of their massage parlor business.
Originally from China the couple moved to the United States and gained permanented alien resident status and resided in Overland Park, Kansas City, Missouri.
The couple ran a massage business where they were forcing women to engage in commercial sex acts and transporting these women to other locations for further exploitation. After being under investigation from May 2006 - May 2007 the couple would be found guilty of human trafficking crimes.
Shu Gang Li, was charged with a four-count indictment by a federal grand jury in the Western District of Kansas City, Missouri, in March of 2008. By March 11, 2008, a federal arrest warrant was issued for the arrest of Shu Gang Li after he failed to appear in court.
His wife, Wei Li Pang, would plead guilty to two counts aiding and abetting others in the transportation of females in interstate commerce in December of 2008. On July 20, 2010 after failing to appear for her sentencing a federal arrest warrant was issued.
Wei Li Pang was born April 24, 1970 she is described as an Asian female, 5'4" with black hair, brown eyes, and was around 140 pounds when she went on the run.
Shu Gang Li was born on November 23, 1969, he is described as an Asian male, 5'10" with black hair, brown eyes, and was around 225 pounds at the time he went on the run.
The couple has been on the run for over 10 years and it is believed they could be traveling together. Anyone with information is asked to call your local FBI field office.
